Our founder, Rich Reister, gained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M University in 2000, and proceeded to attain his law degree at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He was a top achieving student, excelling academically, and rose to leadership positions over this period. He served as President of the American Bar Association, Law School Division during this period, a significant honor, as well as being elected by his graduating class to deliver the Valedictory Address at graduation. In the community, Rich serves on the regional board of the Anti-Defamation League, a prominent Civil Rights Organization.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Sam McKee graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, and earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, Sam helped local people in the Consumer Advocacy Clinic. With his experience at SMU and his previous experience working at a bankruptcy law firm, Sam understands and strives to help people and families overcome difficult financial circumstances.
Rachel Elliott grew up in Plano, Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a major in Philosophy. She now lives in the Dallas area and does an amazing job helping our clients get a fresh start through bankruptcy.
